Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) AEK S.C's Jelte Bleiswijk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanasis Koltsidas having to interfere. After 8 played minutes AEK S.C got a freekick which was hit by Alfaro Meo. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelte Bleiswijk in the 14th minute of play. Thanasis Koltsidas came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanasis Koltsidas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, AEK S.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Thanasis Koltsidas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of the match. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AEK S.C's Marcelo Winter. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of play forced AEK S.C's goalkeeper Thanasis Koltsidas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas. Thanasis Koltsidas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanasis Koltsidas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Carreira in the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thanasis Koltsidas was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 57thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanasis Koltsidas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thanasis Koltsidas was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas. Thanasis Koltsidas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodrigo Hats in the 62 minute of the game. In the last second Thanasis Koltsidas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Julian Murillo in the 68thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With an all-out effort, Peru's Thanasis Koltsidas threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AEK S.C made a substitution. Thalis Krommidas replaced Donzel Goyeneta. 76 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Thanasis Koltsidas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas. Thanasis Koltsidas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanasis Koltsidas was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Eliseo Mina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseo Mina really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AEK S.C throughout the match.
