Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ahmet Ege Devlettin made a huge save. Hacı Ali Yanar hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. ANADOLU ATEŞİ's Ahmet Ege Devlettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 86th minute of play. Luca Zorita scored 3-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Ege Devlettin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mexico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because ANADOLU ATEŞİ had won, even though Mexico had held more of the ball.
