Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abelardo Larra started the match with the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Geraldo de Lara sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Bruggink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Larra in the 11th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio Furlan in the 12th minute of play. Betinho Guimarães hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Limeirinha FC's Diogo Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 14th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Patricio Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Abelardo Larra capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abelardo Larra really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Angelo Blue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Abelardo Larra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 2-1. In the 25th minute, Abelardo Larra made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Abelardo Larra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 32 minutes into the game, Limeirinha FC's Kauan Sá nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 35 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Limeirinha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geraldo de Lara scored 5-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Dionísio having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Limeirinha FC's goalkeeper Diogo Dionísio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. When Abelardo Larra came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Limeirinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Larra couldn't finish the play. Limeirinha FC's Diogo Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute Abelardo Larra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Limeirinha FC's Angelo Blue. But to his dismay, Angelo Blue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Abelardo Larra sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 72nd minute, Fábio Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas's shot from long distance in the 73rd minute was not bad at all, but Limeirinha FC's Diogo Dionísio knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 74th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Limeirinha FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Diogo Dionísio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The supporters of Limeirinha FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Limeirinha FC's Abelardo Larra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. In the 85th minute, Tomas Illescas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Diogo Dionísio. The goal made the score 8-2. Camilo Gaos's late challenge caught a Limeirinha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Gaos helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauan Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Limeirinha FC.
