The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ágætis Byrjun. Nick Heesen kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match, Axel Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Georg Hagberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 25 minutes into the game, Ágætis Byrjun's Manolo Bartumeu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Georg Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Secada in the 69th minute of play. In the 69th minute Abram Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nick Heesen. Abram Secada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Hagberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Secada in the 80th minute of play. Ladislao Cordarius made a great header on Ágætis Byrjun's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 93rd minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
