Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Güralp Okanay came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Navigators fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güralp Okanay couldn't finish the play. Gábor Dobó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cai Shi Feng in the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Cai Shi Feng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gábor Dobó was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cai Shi Feng in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gábor Dobó saved Galatasaray FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Navigators's Yu Ke Hui slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gábor Dobó. That made the score 2-0 after 10 minutes of play. In the 26th minute, Yu Ke Hui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gábor Dobó was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Gábor Dobó was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Kostas Kelaidonis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kostas Kelaidonis really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. With a little luck, Galatasaray FC's Gábor Dobó got control of the ball when Cai Shi Feng tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Galatasaray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yu Ke Hui came free, but Gábor Dobó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gábor Dobó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cai Shi Feng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes, Navigators's Hakan Işık shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gábor Dobó came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Navigators reached it. Cai Shi Feng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Gábor Dobó made a huge save. Galatasaray FC's Gábor Dobó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Ke Hui in the 41st minute of play. Galatasaray FC's Gábor Dobó proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Galatasaray FC from getting a goal against them. Gábor Dobó didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yu Ke Hui went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Navigators's Elpidio Salvidor was substituted for Atacan Erdemli. Navigators's Özbek Tokur was substituted for Güralp Okanay.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cai Shi Feng to make the kick off. Szilárd Sipos hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Galatasaray FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bahri Rafiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Yu Ke Hui struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Gábor Dobó didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Bahri Rafiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gábor Dobó was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Galatasaray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Özbek Tokur came free, but Gábor Dobó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Gusztáv Ballai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatasaray FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Navigators the free kick. When the referee ended the match the Navigators players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
