When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Jason Asselberghs sped through Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celal Ağca. Stanny Van Gorp was a little too slow when Jörgen Odeen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-3.
