Ladislao Harriet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Steen Müür when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 30 minutes into the game, José Paulo Passos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De hijgende Hertjes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Empire of Soccer the free kick. José Paulo Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ladislao Harriet struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Harriet in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steen Müür saved De hijgende Hertjes from getting behind. In the 64th minute Empire of Soccer were awarded a corner. Teukros Diplarakos went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of De hijgende Hertjes's goalie and right to Wit Beton. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. De hijgende Hertjes's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 68th minute, Ladislao Harriet made a precise shot to the right of Steen Müür. De hijgende Hertjes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Steen Müür showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Harriet in the 72nd minute of the match. Empire of Soccer walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
