In the 4th minute, Özgür Özbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvise Di Crescenzo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. George Buturugã came out and tried to block the shot, but Alvise Di Crescenzo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Özgür Özbay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ★Stadion Śląski Chorzów★™'s Edmund Konopka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvise Di Crescenzo struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. George Buturugã didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★Stadion Śląski Chorzów★™. 25 minutes into the match, ★Stadion Śląski Chorzów★™'s goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Özbay came free, but Edmund Konopka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
