In the 10th minute Jonathan Alphonse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dom Butler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deon Longthorn made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Calvin Church. In the 15th minute, Samuel Milton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the game Jean Marie Alcius made a throw-in which Felix Dorval played forward. Crystal Phallus's Dom Butler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernso Constant in the 22nd minute of play. Jonathan Alphonse struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Dom Butler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haiti. Jonathan Alphonse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dom Butler having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Harvey Cooper in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Jean Marie Alcius. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Jonathan Alphonse took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dom Butler to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Thomas in the 31st minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Lawrence Gates had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lawrence Gates was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The supporters of Crystal Phallus booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Marie Alcius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Jonathan Alphonse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dom Butler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Harvey Cooper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Alphonse was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Crystal Phallus getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Deon Longthorn hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Alphonse in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dom Butler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute of the game Chris Tyrell made a throw-in which Harvey Cooper played forward. In the 65th minute, Chris Tyrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dom Butler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Crystal Phallus getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Harvey Cooper hit a great ball. Dom Butler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Deon Longthorn made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Alphonse in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dom Butler saved Crystal Phallus from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stuart Thomas during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Haiti booed when Crystal Phallus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stuart Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gesner Philippe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dom Butler having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Milton during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Crystal Phallus's goalkeeper Dom Butler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Jonathan Alphonse made a precise shot to the right of Dom Butler. Crystal Phallus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Jonathan Alphonse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Alphonse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dom Butler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernso Constant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Haiti had played much better football throughout.
