Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edvard Slæggerup kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felix Montenegro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Edvard Slæggerup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Gabbro FC's Edvard Slæggerup in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. 18 minutes into the match, Gabbro FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Mancinelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Edvard Slæggerup sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. 24 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Alessandro Mancinelli. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Alessandro Mancinelli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 31st minute of play. Edvard Slæggerup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alessandro Mancinelli. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 46 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Alessandro Mancinelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alessandro Mancinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvard Slæggerup in the 58th minute. Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 59th minute of play. Edvard Slæggerup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gabbro FC the free kick. After 65 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alessandro Mancinelli. Gabbro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Alessandro Mancinelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Piearres during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Gustavo Piearres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes Gabbro FC got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Slæggerup. In the 80th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Alessandro Mancinelli. Gabbro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The supporters of Gabbro FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 87 minutes, Gabbro FC's Wieslaw Wawro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Julio Vera. In the 90th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Mancinelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvard Slæggerup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 98 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Alessandro Mancinelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
