Fidel Su came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sportivo Fernet Branca's Fidel Su played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of play. Rafael Gallo succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 14-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Peru had played much better football throughout.
