Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Fokke Bergman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fokke Bergman came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Fokke Bergman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Floris Talsma charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Floris Talsma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Winthont FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Winthont FC's Fokke Bergman managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fokke Bergman having to interfere. Fokke Bergman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Winthont FC's Fokke Bergman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play. During the 39th minute of the match Floris Talsma completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Floris Talsma a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fokke Bergman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. After 47 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Tjeerd Jonkman. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fokke Bergman. Winthont FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Sancho during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Meindert de Gooijer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Winthont FC defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fokke Bergman. The Winthont FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fokke Bergman should have stopped the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Fokke Bergman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eelco Neijsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fokke Bergman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Roelof Pietersma charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roelof Pietersma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roelof Pietersma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fokke Bergman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 68th minute. After 68 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. Winthont FC's Fokke Bergman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Winthont FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Winthont FC's Fokke Bergman got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Winthont FC's goalkeeper Fokke Bergman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute, one of Ecuador:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ecuador. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Winthont FC. Eelco Neijsen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julio Vera. 1-2. After 81 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Bender. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fokke Bergman having to make a save. After 94 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Eelco Neijsen. Ecuador played a much better game than Winthont FC and deserved their victory. The Winthont FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
