Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in GynBsb's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Válter Rodrigues came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Alberto Tafalla put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Válter Rodrigues. In the 12th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válter Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Válter Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of GynBsb's Válter Rodrigues. Válter Rodrigues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GynBsb's Válter Rodrigues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Válter Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Válter Rodrigues. GynBsb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kauã Melo was the one to do the kick off. Válter Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Válter Rodrigues was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alberto Tafalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 57 minute of play. In the 60th play minute Lautaro Mancebo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Válter Rodrigues. 1-10. After having played for 64 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cauã Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Válter Rodrigues made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Joel Gaona sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Válter Rodrigues. Válter Rodrigues yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-11. Válter Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-12. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Rodrigues having to interfere. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Válter Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 82nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Válter Rodrigues. Válter Rodrigues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-13. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Válter Rodrigues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Válter Rodrigues was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Joel Gaona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joel Gaona really showed his touch with that goal: 1-14. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GynBsb throughout the match.
