The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alessio Borrelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Yin Hong Fan made a great header on Quebracho FC's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 64th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Van Houdtvinck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Van Houdtvinck. Quebracho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. In the 73rd minute, Abram Secada reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexander Van Houdtvinck. The goal made the score 4-2. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Manzanares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Abram Secada struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Alexander Van Houdtvinck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Wally Sámuel hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Quebracho FC.
