Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 played minutes C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA got a freekick which was hit by Israel Francesco. In the 13th minute of the match Matej Tomka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiliano Eyague skillfully saved the ball. Ernesto Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stano Amrich having to interfere. Emiliano Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jozef Višňa in the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of ŠK Horelica booed when C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. ŠK Horelica's Jozef Višňa got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Jozef Višňa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jozef Višňa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goal looked a bit too open when Jozef Višňa came free, but Emiliano Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jozef Koštialik in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ŠK Horelica's Tibor Pastirčák got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA defense, Jozef Koštialik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Eyague. The C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Eyague should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jozef Koštialik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jozef Višňa got free with Emiliano Eyague in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jozef Koštialik in the 54th minute of play forced C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goalkeeper Emiliano Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Jozef Koštialik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goalkeeper Emiliano Eyague had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jozef Višňa. Stano Amrich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Arixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jozef Višňa in the 62nd minute of the match. Jozef Ondruš was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, one of ŠK Horelica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ŠK Horelica. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goalkeeper Emiliano Eyague, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute ŠK Horelica were awarded a corner. Matej Tomka went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Matej Tomka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's Emiliano Eyague did a great save. In the 87th minute, Jozef Koštialik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ŠK Horelica's Matej Tomka got a free kick in the 91st minute. The supporters of C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA booed when ŠK Horelica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jozef Višňa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Seme was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
