FC Gustavo FPRMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Freire was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Edmundo Lopes came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba City's Edson Messias. But to his dismay, Edson Messias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 25 minutes into the match, José Pedro Munhoz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmundo Lopes. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Pedro Munhoz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 28th minute, Augusto Freire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmundo Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. A collision led to Coritiba City getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Paulo Faria hit a great ball. Edmundo Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edson Messias went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Kléber Tavares got a free kick in the 35th minute. Edmundo Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Pedro Munhoz in the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Coritiba City's Cauan Félix got a free kick in the 39th minute. Kléber Tavares struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sidney Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Gustavo FPRMZ. After the first half Coritiba City were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Joaquim Mandrak made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Nilton Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If José Pedro Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Lopes made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Augusto Freire sent off a good shot on target. When Augusto Freire, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 61 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Edmundo Lopes was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Edson Messias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edmundo Lopes. The goal made the score 0-9. Lenílson Silveira hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Edmundo Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Pedro Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Edson Messias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmundo Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. If Augusto Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Edmundo Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Pedro Munhoz. 80 minutes into the match, Augusto Freire had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmundo Lopes. Coritiba City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sydney Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Coritiba City's Edson Messias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmundo Lopes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmundo Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, José Pedro Munhoz notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Edmundo Lopes. Edmundo Lopes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Coritiba City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
