ROSÁRIO SPORT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Rosario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ROSÁRIO SPORT's João Carlos Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Bastos in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Rosario in the 25th minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Murilo Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSÁRIO SPORT's Osmar Rosario. But to his dismay, Osmar Rosario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Osmar Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murilo Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osmar Rosario, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. João Carlos Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelsinho Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno Simões in the 42nd minute of play forced ROSÁRIO SPORT's goalkeeper João Carlos Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Carlos Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Simões in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's Nico Cunha broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

In the 55th minute, Osmar Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldir Mazza hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Douglas Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Curiphila Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Gerber couldn't finish the play. João Carlos Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Simões in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to ROSÁRIO SPORT getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Marcus Mesquita hit a great ball. Murilo Paiva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osmar Rosario went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Marcus Mesquita got a free kick in the 72nd minute. ROSÁRIO SPORT made a substitution. Afonsinho Guedes replaced Laércio Lopez. In the 74th match minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 86th minute, Osmar Rosario reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Murilo Paiva. The goal made the score 1-3. 89 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when Nelsinho Bastos came free, but João Carlos Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Breno Simões made a precise shot to the right of João Carlos Fernandes. ROSÁRIO SPORT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3.
