Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thiago Machado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jonas Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Murilo Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Curiphila Eagles getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Caco Rosa hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Thiago Machado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coritiba Foot Ball Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Curiphila Eagles's Clóvis Leal got a free kick in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Thiago Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Murilo Paiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Curiphila Eagles's zone, Thiago Machado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal and Thiago Machado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Machado in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Murilo Paiva saved Curiphila Eagles from getting behind. Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Machado in the 33rd minute of play. Marquez Padolles scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murilo Paiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Murilo Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquez Padolles in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Marquez Padolles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Murilo Paiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Durval Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breno Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marquez Padolles. But to his dismay, Marquez Padolles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The wind increased when Douglas Gerber made the kick off in the second half. Durval Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Simões in the 54th minute of play. Murilo Paiva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thiago Machado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 61 minute of play. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marquez Padolles got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Machado in the 69th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Thiago Machado put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Murilo Paiva. After 75 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Gerber. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thiago Machado got free with Murilo Paiva in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thiago Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coritiba Foot Ball Club made a substitution. Fausto Romero replaced Thiago Machado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquez Padolles in the 90th minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Murilo Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murilo Paiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Romero in the 97th minute.
