With a left leg José do Vale saved SAO JOANENSE FC from getting behind. SAO JOANENSE FC's José do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Rosario in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Eriberto Vaz made the kick off in the second half. Osmar Rosario might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José do Vale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Lara in the 70th minute of play forced ROSÁRIO SPORT's goalkeeper Thiago Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Matorin came free, but Thiago Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osmar Rosario got free with José do Vale in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osmar Rosario scored 0-7 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José do Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute, Paulo Renato das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osmar Rosario who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of José do Vale when he managed to save the team from getting behind. SAO JOANENSE FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dida Catarinense 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8.
