In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Elano Travassos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Karaboudjan defense, Jon Stark kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elano Travassos. The Karaboudjan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elano Travassos should have stopped the shot. Jon Stark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateus Velloso charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateus Velloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mateus Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Jon Stark notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Karaboudjan's Elano Travassos. Elano Travassos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 34 minutes of play, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Jon Stark made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elano Travassos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Stark in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elano Travassos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the match, Armandinho de Queiroz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elano Travassos. Karaboudjan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armandinho de Queiroz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilton de Amaral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Filomeno Nicholas kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Jon Stark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Elano Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dillon Dal Bello fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beto Martini MZ 20 years's protests and gave Dillon Dal Bello a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Karaboudjan booed when Beto Martini MZ 20 years was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. When Karaboudjan's Refik Cumhur in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Karaboudjan were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Beto Martini MZ 20 years's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mateus Velloso took the corner. A collision led to Karaboudjan getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Zé Augusto Brasil hit a great ball. Bernard Fedosz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Tolino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Fedosz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Tolino, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Armandinho de Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
