Adhemar Tinoco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Desportivo Coala's Adhemar Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Guerreiro in the 9th minute of play. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Garro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 胡亦旭 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Tinoco having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Desportivo Coala got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Velasco. Desportivo Coala's Adhemar Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 胡亦旭 in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Garro in the 45th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Adhemar Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Coritiba Foot Ball Club were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bilal Tiberkanin made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Desportivo Coala defense, Rodrigo Garro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adhemar Tinoco. The Desportivo Coala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adhemar Tinoco should have stopped the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Garro notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Desportivo Coala's Adhemar Tinoco. Adhemar Tinoco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute, Tadeo Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Cacá Britovskiy took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Adhemar Tinoco to make any attempt to save it. In the 69th minute, 胡亦旭 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adhemar Tinoco. The goal made the score 0-12. 72 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Adhemar Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cacá Britovskiy. 75 minutes into the match, Cacá Britovskiy notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Desportivo Coala's Adhemar Tinoco. Adhemar Tinoco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caetano Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Adhemar Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodrigo Garro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adhemar Tinoco. That made the score 0-14 in the 80 minute of play. After some careless play in the Desportivo Coala defense, Rodrigo Garro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adhemar Tinoco. The Desportivo Coala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adhemar Tinoco should have stopped the shot. After 87 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Wang Chen made it 0-16 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adhemar Tinoco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodrigo Garro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Adhemar Tinoco made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Desportivo Coala's Cláudio Velasco got a free kick in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Garro got free with Adhemar Tinoco in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adhemar Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Anísio Velasco sent off a good shot on target.
