Pedrinho Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, SAO JOANENSE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Mazza came free, but José do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
In the 51st match minute, LRCA Office Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Mazza to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in SAO JOANENSE FC's zone, Germano Campidelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José do Vale came out of the goal and Germano Campidelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the game, Edgar Mazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LRCA Office Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAO JOANENSE FC the free kick. In the 62nd minute, Germano Campidelis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José do Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 66 minutes into the game, SAO JOANENSE FC's Pedrinho Lara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josué Mangueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Josué Mangueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wiliam Matorin went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Amadeu Capixaba took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for José do Vale to make any attempt to save it. The SAO JOANENSE FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LRCA Office Club's performance. The match ended with a win for LRCA Office Club.
