Jefferson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余斌亦, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Osmar Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Thiago Mineiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Tolino in the 16th minute. In the 16th match minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ROSÁRIO SPORT getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. 余斌亦 hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ROSÁRIO SPORT's zone, Filomeno Nicholas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Mineiro came out of the goal and Filomeno Nicholas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Mineiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilton de Amaral's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Wilton de Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Thiago Mineiro made a huge save. Osmar Rosario took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jefferson do Vale. Jefferson do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 35th minute of the match, Antony Donnelly tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thiago Mineiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilton de Amaral in the 44th minute of play forced ROSÁRIO SPORT's goalkeeper Thiago Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Mineiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Tolino in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilton de Amaral to make the kick off. The Karaboudjan fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Karaboudjan's Wilton de Amaral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 余斌亦 hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 余斌亦 kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Osmar Rosario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karaboudjan were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ROSÁRIO SPORT to leave the ground with a draw.
