Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carmelo Marz got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Santikurtz got free with Dante Lacasa in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruperto Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 9th minute of play. When Tomas Santikurtz came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the CRIMINAL MAMBO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Santikurtz couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Ruperto Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Bob Bo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. CRIMINAL MAMBO's Carmelo Marz got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Frances having to interfere. When Ricardo Abadia got free in front of the goal in the 42nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Dante Lacasa was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bob Bo in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 54th minute. Bertil Brodin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dante Lacasa. Mexico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, CRIMINAL MAMBO's Ruperto Frances got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 played minutes CRIMINAL MAMBO got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Mattin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 62nd minute of play forced CRIMINAL MAMBO's goalkeeper Ruperto Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Zorita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 70 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Frances was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 77th match minute, CRIMINAL MAMBO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bob Bo to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, CRIMINAL MAMBO's Bernardo Mattin got a free kick in the 81st minute. 88 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Abadia came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
