Cyryl Kiewra helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Kiewra in the 19th minute of play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sigge Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lekparken FC's Abdurrahman Aslan got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Måns Stålman hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Lekparken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Sigge Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyryl Kiewra might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyryl Kiewra ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Kiewra, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyryl Kiewra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Stålman in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Lekparken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mauro Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Bastos took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 73 minutes into the match, Lekparken FC's goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Stålman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Kiewra in the 81st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Kiewra came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lekparken FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Lekparken FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
