Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berni Romeo got free with Julio Vera in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Berni Romeo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. Berni Romeo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berni Romeo went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 19 minutes into the match, Colonia Taranco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Braulio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Colonia Taranco FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Quilino came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Andino made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Daniel Zorita immediately put the ball in play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Braulio Quilino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berni Romeo took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 45th minute, Berni Romeo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colonia Taranco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. If Erivaldo Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colonia Taranco FC's Leroy Sane was substituted for Berni Romeo. Colonia Taranco FC's Alfred Motowski was substituted for Aquiles Elorri. Braulio Quilino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 60th minute. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Braulio Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Quilino having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leroy Sane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braulio Quilino was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. Leroy Sane scored 5-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute Leroy Sane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Leroy Sane notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Braulio Quilino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. The Colonia Taranco FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
