Mané Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Barral in the 30th minute of play. João Augusto Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mané Viana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Augusto Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Junior Soprano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlinhos de Brito in the 37th minute of play. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Luisinho Barral got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Dário Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mané Viana came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Luisinho Barral. But to his dismay, Luisinho Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Luisinho Barral made the kick off in the second half. Luisinho Barrals short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Mané Viana to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 60th minute, HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Luisinho Barral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Junior Soprano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos de Brito in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Luisinho Barral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT made a substitution. Betão de Alcântara replaced Luisinho Barral. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão de Alcântara in the 80th minute of play. With his leg Mané Viana managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Betão de Alcântara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Betão de Alcântara got free with Mané Viana in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vitório da Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitório da Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vitório da Rocha hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Tommie Barlow was substituted for Ronaldo Salah. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT made a substitution. Cacá Arruda replaced João Augusto Godoi. In the 88th match minute, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Jano Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Junior Soprano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 minutes HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chico de Brito who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's zone, Betão de Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané Viana came out of the goal and Betão de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
