Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Agnaldo Ramalho took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Ben Koeling missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 4 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jonathan Ferrant right hand side. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Agnaldo Ramalho made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Alben Ržen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Agnaldo Ramalho let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 27th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. After 30 minutes, Sergej Kous mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milky Way and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sergej Kous kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Milky Way was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludvik Anclin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Milky Way's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agnaldo Ramalho in the 51st minute of play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Klemen Mikuž tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Milky Way's goalkeeper Klemen Mikuž had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnaldo Ramalho in the 58th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klemen Mikuž saved Milky Way from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Klemen Mikuž, 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zladko Terdič in the 71st minute of play. After 72 minutes, Renzo Kuder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milky Way and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Milky Way was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renzo Kuder to maneuver through the defense. Renzo Kuder kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Milky Way's goalkeeper Klemen Mikuž had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Renzo Kuder hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. A collision led to Milky Way getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ernes Flakus hit a great ball. If Ernes Flakus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87thth minute of the game Ronald Verbič who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Ronald Verbič kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Ronald Verbič took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Milky Way's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
