The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witalis Chmielecki was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Niek Wander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Rakiewicz in the 17th minute of the match. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Rakiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Witalis Chmielecki. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as MZKS Sharks Gdynia's Radomil Bielatowicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-1 after 40 minutes of play. 46 minutes into the game, Niek Wander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomil Bielatowicz to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Radomil Bielatowicz made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Rakiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's Witalis Chmielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 69th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigiusz Cempa in the 75th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Witalis Chmielecki having to make a save. MZKS Sharks Gdynia made a substitution. Gao Gang replaced Anthony Lucentini. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Cempa in the 80th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Bielatowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Rakiewicz came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Panama booed when MZKS Sharks Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güntekin Enginer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gao Gang went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Güntekin Enginer hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
