Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Hipolito Jerico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hipolito Jerico really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of Las Momias F. C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position.
