Nicolae Ceaușescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Matei Corona sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Nicolae Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobiasz Rostow in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Matei Corona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's Tobiasz Rostow sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 42 minutes, Iqbal Faturrahman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Master Champion BMX Flat and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iqbal Faturrahman kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Ceaușescu having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Tobiasz Rostow came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Master Champion BMX Flat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobiasz Rostow couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goalkeeper Nicolae Ceaușescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobiasz Rostow in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. After 62 played minutes Master Champion BMX Flat got a freekick which was hit by Matei Corona. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Nicolae Ceaușescu in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Master Champion BMX Flat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. 胡峰阳 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolae Ceaușescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Tobiasz Rostow came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobiasz Rostow in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute Master Champion BMX Flat were awarded a corner. Perivaldo Aparecido went to the cornerflag to take it. Matei Corona was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Tobiasz Rostow's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goalkeeper Nicolae Ceaușescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicolae Ceaușescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicolae Ceaușescu. That made the score 0-1 in the 93 minute of play.
