Dacian Ciobica took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dante Lacasa. Mexico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilie Teodor got free with Dante Lacasa in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Du Ning Zhi came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Horaţiu Babarada sent off a good shot on target. Du Ning Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Du Ning Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Teodor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★ booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Cadaval didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Dacian Ciobica from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Dante Lacasa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Du Ning Zhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of the match. Du Ning Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 31st minute of play. Ilie Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Du Ning Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Du Ning Zhi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lautaro Mancebo charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lautaro Mancebo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augustin Herlea was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Du Ning Zhi in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilie Teodor in the 52nd minute of the match. Du Ning Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 55th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Herlea in the 58th minute of play. When Augustin Herlea came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustin Herlea couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s Ilie Teodor. But to his dismay, Ilie Teodor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the last second Du Ning Zhi throw himself and got hold of the ball when Joel Gaona in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s Augustin Herlea in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augustin Herlea in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilie Teodor in the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Bazil didn't get a good kick on the ball. SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★ made a substitution. Caner Sefercik replaced Fabio Jaccarini. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahsun Koçaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Teodor in the 87th minute of play. SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s Du Ning Zhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute Mahsun Koçaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Mahsun Koçaş came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Ilie Teodor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mexico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
