Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Suikerklontjes's Bart Van de Velde in the 4th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Julio Vera was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ecuador through an amazing save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play forced Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Sammy Godts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sammy Godts saved Suikerklontjes from getting behind. After some careless play in the Suikerklontjes defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sammy Godts. The Suikerklontjes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sammy Godts should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st match minute, Suikerklontjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Gilis to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Luis Andino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sammy Godts in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Sammy Godts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Herald Van de Goor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sammy Godts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. Sammy Godts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes Suikerklontjes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 42 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suikerklontjes the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Bart Van de Velde might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bart Van de Velde ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sammy Godts was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Suikerklontjes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johannes Weijnandts was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th match minute, Suikerklontjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Weijnandts to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Sammy Godts, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoachim Hauwaerts in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Suikerklontjes were awarded a corner. Herald Van de Goor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Herald Van de Goor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. 84 minutes into the match, Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Sammy Godts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Boris Kortens's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boris Kortens helped the player get up and apologised. Boris Kortens kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, Suikerklontjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Kortens to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes Suikerklontjes got a freekick which was hit by Yoachim Hauwaerts. 95 minutes into the match, Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Sammy Godts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sammy Godts quite easily take care of the ball. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
