Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Monta in the 8th minute. A throw-in in the 14th minute of the game was made by Daniel Redondas with Julian Monta as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Lautaro Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Monta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th play minute Teofilo Goyo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lautaro Navarro. 2-0. Castillo Sirguero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 24th minute of the match. Cirquelo FC's Daniel Terrilla shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 26th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lautaro Navarro but with some difficulty. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Monta in the 28th minute. Daniel Redondas got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zosimo Manurga. After a rather tough play, Cirquelo FC's Daniel Redondas got a free kick in the 31st minute. Castillo Sirguero came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cirquelo FC's Oswaldo Moran got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Castillo Sirguero saved Cirquelo FC from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Daniel Terrilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, Cirquelo FC's Castillo Sirguero got control of the ball when Sebastian Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Villa got free with Castillo Sirguero in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Zosimo Manurga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Monta in the 56th minute of play. When Milagros Cabal came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milagros Cabal couldn't finish the play. Castillo Sirguero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Villa's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 64th minute of play forced Cirquelo FC's goalkeeper Castillo Sirguero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Castillo Sirguero in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Julian Monta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Monta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Cirquelo FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Cirquelo FC's Castillo Sirguero managed to reach the ball for a save. After 78th play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Castillo Sirguero and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 81st minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Castillo Sirguero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Cirquelo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Terrilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Oswaldo Moran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Castillo Sirguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Honduras were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
