Moises Fernandino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Lefter Demirbaş when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When AKHisaR's Aziz Kıvılcım in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, AKHisaR's Ergün Özver got a free kick in the 14th minute. The AKHisaR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lefter Demirbaş should have stopped the shot. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Lefter Demirbaş made a huge save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lefter Demirbaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Luque, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Lorenzo Yepes hit a great ball. Ergün Özver was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Aziz Kıvılcım could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Aziz Kıvılcım fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. When Lorenzo Yepes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Lorenzo Yepes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Ergün Özver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Ricardo Zorita successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The El Salvador supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AKHisaR's performance. The match ended with a win for AKHisaR.
