Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Afanasiy Shefner sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute Arsenal F.C. were awarded a corner. Artem Savin went to the cornerflag to take it. Daniil Fomin kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andrey Dvoryankin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arsenal F.C.'s Andrey Dvoryankin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 13th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Arsenal F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Andrey Dvoryankin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Rossi came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrey Dvoryankin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrey Dvoryankin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Paolo Rossi took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Thiago Pliego to make any attempt to save it. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afanasiy Shefner in the 37th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Kirilchenko in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Paolo Rossi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Thiago Pliego, passed just outside the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afanasiy Shefner in the 54th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aris Potamiotis hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Arsenal F.C.'s goalkeeper Andrey Dvoryankin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 63 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrey Dvoryankin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniil Fomin in the 65th minute of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semen Afonchenko in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Semen Afonchenko was slow to take the kick. During this time Arsenal F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Lazo Ziya was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 84 minutes into the match, Arsenal F.C.'s goalkeeper Andrey Dvoryankin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. After 91 minutes of play, Arsenal F.C.'s Lazo Ziya made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arsenal F.C. had won after a very even match.
