Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gelse's Elek Gömöri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Gelse defense, Hector Covarrubias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Bíró. The Gelse fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Bíró should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute, Tamás Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lajos Bíró having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Illés Dudás mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gelse and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gelse's Illés Dudás got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Szabolcs Hudák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lajos Bíró showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Elek Gömöri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gelse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elek Gömöri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jaime Pardo scored 0-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lajos Bíró, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Lajos Bíró stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Illés Dudás hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Roland Szigeti was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. A collision led to Gelse getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Roland Szigeti hit a great ball. Lajos Bíró didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Pardo went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Gelse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Illés Dudás didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Gelse's Lajos Bíró got control of the ball when Hector Covarrubias tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Illés Dudás was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. A collision led to Gelse getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Illés Dudás hit a great ball. Paraguay played a much better game than Gelse and deserved their victory. The Gelse players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
