Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luca Zorita struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Mateo Medardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mateo Medardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Medardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 13th minute of play forced Tama's goalkeeper Mateo Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Alberto Tafalla made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Tama's Mateo Medardo managed to reach the ball for a save. Mateo Medardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Tama's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. 29 minutes into the match, Tama's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Mateo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Facundo Cadaval's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateo Medardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute, Elivélton Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Tama's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mateo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateo Medardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Felipe Minos short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Dante Lacasa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mateo Medardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Mino got free with Dante Lacasa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felipe Mino made a kick off. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Mino in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Tama's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mateo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateo Medardo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Mateo Medardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elivélton Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Felipe Mino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mateo Medardo. Joel Gaona showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Medardo was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Alberto Tafalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Tafalla really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 85th minute of play forced Tama's goalkeeper Mateo Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Tama's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mateo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tama's Mateo Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 94th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Mogel in the 95th minute of play.
