Andrew Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Clive Holloway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 3rd minute of the match. Jonathan Gervaso made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Felix Garrido. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 11th minute of play forced Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalkeeper Clive Holloway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clive Holloway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Jonathan Gervaso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Jonathan Gervaso managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Garrido in the 18 minute of the game. Clive Holloway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Yu Jie Xing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yu Jie Xing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Clive Holloway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clive Holloway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Holloway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Yu Jie Xing sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Clive Holloway made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Staffordshire Terrier FC's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clive Holloway came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Lacasa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clive Holloway. That made the score 0-1 in the 59 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Zanardi in the 62nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Alex Zanardi got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Staffordshire Terrier FC:s Clive Holloway showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Lacasa:s penalty. Staffordshire Terrier FC made a substitution. Jay Flack replaced Ferdinando Braccia. A collision led to Staffordshire Terrier FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jonathan Gervaso hit a great ball. Felix Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Staffordshire Terrier FC from getting a goal against them. Clive Holloway didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Zanardi in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Felix Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Jonathan Gervaso quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Orlando Casaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clive Holloway having to interfere. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
