An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Jie Xing in the 11th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 14 in the game by Yu Jie Xing from a close distance when the talented Pedro Manzanares managed to make a qualified save. Colombia's players were relieved. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yu Jie Xing in the 16th minute of the match. Abram Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Clive Holloway didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Clive Holloway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yu Jie Xing got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Holloway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Yu Jie Xing ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Holloway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clive Holloway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abram Sarmiento took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clive Holloway. Clive Holloway dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Alex Zanardi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Clive Holloway made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Colombia's Axel Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Clive Holloway despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Axel Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Clive Holloway firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alex Zanardi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Clive Holloway. Staffordshire Terrier FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Orlando Tafalla with Santino Seco as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd rose to their feet as Abram Secada kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clive Holloway. That made the score 2-4 in the 72 minute of play. Clive Holloway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 74th minute of play. The corner led Colombia's Pascual Carballar to fire away a dangerous shot which Clive Holloway despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Staffordshire Terrier FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Kevin Mastache almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway did a great save. 81 minutes into the match, Ignacio Mastache notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway. Clive Holloway was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Grant Black sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Secada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clive Holloway narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway got control of the ball when Abram Secada tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Colombia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
