Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) MILAN's Witalis Kornaszewski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guillermo Astozas took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Witalis Kornaszewski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Witalis Kornaszewski really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MILAN's Szymon Erland did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Gisbert in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szymon Erland saved MILAN from getting behind. If Witalis Kornaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Szymon Erland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witalis Kornaszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Kornaszewski in the 33rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Kornaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when MILAN's Guillermo Astozas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Cyryl Podolski kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of MILAN booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Astozas came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Witalis Kornaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Witalis Kornaszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guillermo Astozas took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Guillermo Astozas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Witalis Kornaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MILAN fully deserved thier win.
