After a defensive mix-up in InglouriousBastards's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodor Coșereanu came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodor Coșereanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Ilixo in the 13th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, InglouriousBastards's Conrado Ilixo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Mihăiţă Benga put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Marko Helander got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 21 minutes into the match, Mihăiţă Benga notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugen Cârnu in the 27th minute. Teodor Coșereanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Marko Helander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Coșereanu having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Adrian Tuleiu sent off a good shot on target. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Instead of passing the ball, Corneliu Bușcu made a really hard long shot towards goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant realized he got lucky when he saw the ball passing the outside of the left post. After a rather tough play, InglouriousBastards's Eugen Cârnu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Helander, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute InglouriousBastards were awarded a corner. Corneliu Bușcu went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodor Coșereanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Cârnu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Benga in the 93rd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. InglouriousBastards fully deserved thier win.
