Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) ContraVersão's Elias Batista started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Batista got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Pedro Luís Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Elias Batista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Batista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 33 minutes into the game, Elias Batista recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Elias Batista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 36 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Krum Razsolkov came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Luís Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute ContraVersão were awarded a corner. Patrick Salkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Krum Razsolkov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. ContraVersão's Didi Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind ContraVersão's goalkeeper Didi Tróia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The ContraVersão fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when ContraVersão's Elias Batista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Krum Razsolkov in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Pedro Luís Batista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Batista's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Batista in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Batista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Krum Razsolkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Krum Razsolkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ContraVersão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krum Razsolkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With his leg Didi Tróia managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Elias Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. ContraVersão's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. ContraVersão's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
