Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. In the 7th minute, Dilaver Tunç made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dilaver Tunç, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A nice corner shot did that Tanju Geylan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benito Sanz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 13th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. When Yaman Otaran fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bandırmaspor's protests and gave Yaman Otaran a yellow card for diving instead. Yaman Otaran kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Fırat Erek made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Axel Tasis sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fırat Erek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bandırmaspor's Fırat Erek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 21st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Fırat Erek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Bandırmaspor's Lepomir Mišković got a free kick in the 30th minute. Axel Tasis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fırat Erek having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Bandırmaspor got a freekick which was hit by 陈城超. With his leg Fırat Erek managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Costa Rica's Axel Tasis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. 陈城超 got his second yellow card in the match during the 42nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Bandırmaspor's 陈城超 got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With a little luck, Bandırmaspor's Fırat Erek got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Bandırmaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erenay Çetinel didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bandırmaspor getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lepomir Mišković hit a great ball. In the 55th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fırat Erek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 63 in the game by Carlo Di Clemente from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. Dilaver Tunç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Bandırmaspor's Dilaver Tunç ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Axel Tasis struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Fırat Erek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. Fırat Erek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bandırmaspor's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fırat Erek came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Bandırmaspor getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Lepomir Mišković hit a great ball. Lepomir Mišković hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Noboa in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fırat Erek saved Bandırmaspor from getting behind. After 95 played minutes Bandırmaspor got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Di Clemente. In the 95th minute, Carlo Di Clemente fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Benito Sanz moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. The Bandırmaspor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bandırmaspor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
