In the 8th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. The supporters of Colombia booed when Deportivo Mandiyu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Benvido didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Zhu Bin Kun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 2-0. Eulalio Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eulalio Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Eulalio Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Cherro in the 81st minute of play. Eulalio Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Mastache's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Pedro Benvido hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Mandiyu.
