Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bandırmaspor's Carlo Di Clemente started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 陈城超's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 陈城超 helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes Bandırmaspor got a freekick which was hit by 陈城超. Fırat Erek made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Edmundo Espiga sped through Bandırmaspor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fırat Erek. Bandırmaspor's Fırat Erek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tafalla in the 15th minute of play. Fırat Erek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Tafalla went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 17th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. If Carlo Di Clemente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fırat Erek having to make a save. Edmundo Espiga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Fırat Erek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Tanju Geylan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. If Carlo Di Clemente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Fırat Erek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 39th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bandırmaspor's goalie and right to Christian Sancho. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bandırmaspor's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Fırat Erek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 44th minute. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fırat Erek having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. After 54 minutes, Erenay Çetinel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandırmaspor and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bandırmaspor's Erenay Çetinel got a free kick in the 55th minute. Carlo Di Clemente's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlo Di Clemente kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fırat Erek saved Bandırmaspor from getting behind. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Carlo Di Clemente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Bandırmaspor's Güner Sevimli got a free kick in the 75th minute. Yaman Otaran kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Bandırmaspor's Güner Sevimli got a free kick in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bandırmaspor's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fırat Erek came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bandırmaspor's Fırat Erek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Sancho in the 87th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Bandırmaspor got a freekick which was hit by Yaman Otaran. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Villa in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fırat Erek saved Bandırmaspor from getting behind. Bandırmaspor's Dilaver Tunç got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
