The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 37th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Tacconi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciccio Tacconi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, Raymond Schouten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciccio Tacconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaap Zuidam kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. NFC Eagles 22's 盛世 高文竞 got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jaap Zuidam struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NFC Eagles 22. NFC Eagles 22's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
