Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhu Bin Kun in the 12th minute of the match. Eulalio Bastian made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Deportivo Mandiyu's Baldomero Rufo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Garrido in the 37 minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Palacios during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Rodrigo Palacios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
