Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 3rd minute of play forced Húsares's goalkeeper Fabio Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Húsares's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Fabio Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Quintyn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Alberto Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 24th minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Florencio Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Florencio Ferran showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 26 minute of play. In the 38th minute Ubaldo Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Húsares's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Fabio Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Húsares's Maksymilian Wydrych managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Macos Graciani in the 47 minute of the game. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Ferran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Ferran came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Quintyn came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 59 minutes into the game, Luca Rouco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Húsares the free kick. Florencio Ferran might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Ferran ran back to his position shaking his head. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Quintyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Facundo Cadaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Quintyn having to interfere. Húsares's Teobaldo Ibon was substituted for Florencio Ferran. 69 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabio Quintyn, 1-4. Fabio Quintyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Húsares made a substitution. Carlos Miliano replaced Josué Vargas. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 76th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Ibon in the 79th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mexico eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
