Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gotfred Leismann took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lavindsgaarde FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anders Havreland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anders Havreland came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tansel Akyol's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tansel Akyol helped the player get up and apologised. Tansel Akyol kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Andy Klaastad succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 20th playminute. Andy Klaastad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After having played for 27 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anders Havreland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Diego Mancebo hit a great ball. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. In the 45th minute of the match Bertel Olson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lavindsgaarde FC's Anders Havreland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Mancebo in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Lavindsgaarde FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anders Havreland quite easily take care of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Anders Havreland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 59th minute, Diego Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anders Havreland. The goal made the score 1-2. Andy Klaastad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anders Havreland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Sebastián Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anders Havreland read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lavritz Sommur, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anders Havreland could save by the left post. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Gotfred Leismann struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavindsgaarde FC. Elias Panling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
